Those of you who are regulars into YYZ may have noticed the slow dismantling of the old Canadian hanger and ops centre at the edge of the airport by 427N. Of course, A FlyGirl will also remember it more fondly as the original Wardair overhaul base.

While most peoples' attentions have been focused on that mass of steel and concrete on the entry to T1 and T2, there has certainly been a lot of new building at the centre of the airport, with an entire new cargo centre and other structures. And I am sure I landed on a new N/S runway parallel to the main one a few weeks back.
