On the Deira side of the Creek where Al Sabkha road meets the road that runs along the Creek (right at the abra dock)... look across the street for a restaurant called Pizza Corner. A couple doors down (to your right with the creek behind you), there is a travel agent that offers flights to Kish (and Kabul too since you enjoy odd places).
