I've been working on the same spreadsheet but for International Travel, and having been putting it out for this weekend and the Thanksgiving timeframe. I can share that also, but doesn't sound like you need a ton of miles.
What are you using for fare finding? just ual.com or are you using ITC or travelocity?
Searching Staralliance partners?
Primarily the airline sites for UA, US, and CO. I also cross referenced some of the lower CPM's with the meta-search sites (kayak and sidestep). I've also watched the discounters, but it is harder to get logical flying times with them and still get the low fares. Usually I can find the same or lower fare on the airline's own site.
I am searching the partners as it makes sense. Several of those segments are 'operated by' one of the partners.
