Just an FYI, the snack baskets are pre-made and wrapped up by catering, the FA's don't have to do anything but remove the wrap and pass it around the cabin asking "would you like something from my basket?" So its not that some things are there sometimes and somethings are not there other times, its a catering thing.
And as far as a cart in the isle, well it seems like "everyone does it the way they want to" and not the "Delta Way". So write it up to Delta.com and the FA will know that people are watching them.
Do the FAs have "extra" snack basket supplies they can use to restock the cart? I think I've seen FAs take the basket out of the wrap, pass it through about half the cabin, and then return the galley to refill it before returning to the cabin. Just curious if that sounds right.
