Flew F from DTW to LAS on 10/29 which was pre vote. They did use the cart for the first beverage service and for the dinner service. FA wasn't too attentive and did not offer a predeparture beverage and I had to go up front to ask her for another drink mid-flight while she was sitting in the jump seat. About an hour before l anding she did ask the PAX if they wanted a beverage and didn't use the cart for that service.

Are FA's suppose to always offer a predeparture beverage or is that their discretion? It seems like on flights leaving DTW they never offer a predeparture beverage but do out of other cities in F.
