The first snack basket had only nuts and Biscoff, then lunch, then the full snack basket.
Just an FYI, the snack baskets are pre-made and wrapped up by catering, the FA's don't have to do anything but remove the wrap and pass it around the cabin asking "would you like something from my basket?" So its not that some things are there sometimes and somethings are not there other times, its a catering thing.
And as far as a cart in the isle, well it seems like "everyone does it the way they want to" and not the "Delta Way". So write it up to Delta.com and the FA will know that people are watching them.
