So let's see, Milton rushed himself to get a C3K clone to launch later this month and he is getting ready to launch the Westjet clone later this year. As much as I want them to do well with this thing, I just don't think it will. So if both the LCC carriers do well, it will just be drawing traffic away from their mainline which is where the bulk of the revenue comes from. Those fares that they introduced are really not that much cheaper than the lowest L on AC.

Let's wait for the day when we see AC annouce that the "Barney Bus" idea is doing well and they are replacing the whole fleet with them. I wouldn't surprise if AC is gradually decreasing mainline service for domestic flights replacing them with those Barney Buses.
