As others have already mentioned, how successful will the LCC concept be and/or long last will it how for? South of the line, we've seen CO's CO Lite fold up a few years back, with US's MetroJet and UA's Shuttle by UA now in the process of folding up. Across the pond, we've seen BA flog off GO as it did not fit in the strategy. I can't think of any major airline that has made a success of its LCC or at least without cannibalising its mainline market.

A model I can see AC imitating is AS which matches service levels with its competitors, e.g. where it competes with WN, it provides a WN-level of service (generally for flights in the lower 48 for flights to/from SEA and PDX) and where there is no low-fare competition (such as to/from YVR and Alaska), it provides a higher level of inflight service. AS also seems to have a much faster turnaround time than most U.S. majors so at least tries to get the same aircraft utilisation level as WN.
