I really think the cart thing is isolated, as the last time I saw it was back in June on an ATL-RDU flight.

To be honest (and maybe it's just that I am loosing my touch in my old age) it has gotten a lot harder to distinguish between former NW and "original" DL agents. Of course, to those of us who were loyal to Delta pre-2008 and are really honest will admit that service was noticeably inconsistent on Delta (on the ground, on the phone, in the air).
