As noted in post 2 in the thread? "You can check the wiki to see if AA and DL have an interline agreement." There is interline ticketing and baggage info in the wiki

Also on http://www.aa.com/i18n/utility/eticketoppmirror.jsp shows AA will interline bags with US. Hopefully that means the reverse is true, but I am too tired to search the US Scareways site.
