It would depend what level of hotel you are looking for. At top end, I would suggest BSH or Rimrock. You will find arguments for both on this website. I prefer Banff Springs, but both will provide excellent stays.

I am not too familiar with other hotels, because I always stay at BS, but I hear the Fox Inn and Suites is a great hotel as well.
