I find that on a LH flight, I'd much rather wear the PJs provided than spend 10-16 hours in my own clothes. Don't have to worry about wrinkles, etc. Also, at home, people either sleep in PJs or less. No one sleeps in their clothes. "Less" isn't really an option on a flight, so PJs are a good alternative.
Hmmm...I usually change to comfortable dark cotton shorts (not boxers) and a t-shirt. A faux pas?
