I want to stay at a Wyndham property so I can't redeem the points online. I have to call in the phone number. On the website, it says the hotel costs 15 000 points. Is this every night or is this just a minimum figure (higher on certain dates etc. .). Also, do you just get the cheapest room or is there a choice?
I'm also wondering if extra person charges. I know if you have a paid stay at a hotel, they normally charge like $20 extra per person, but when you redeem for points, say you have 4 people, will they charge extra?
Lastly, do you still have to pay the taxes/fees?
Thanks!
You are correct, you have to book your Wyndham free night stay with a Customer Service Representative. It cannot be completed online. The amount of points listed online is for a one night stay in a standard room, including taxes. Some hotels do have an extra person change if there is more than 2 adults in the room. It will vary depending on the property.
Thanks
