The best row is 26, but advanced seat assignment is possible only for SEN and HON passengers. Row 44 does have a restricted legroom and there is no cutout for your legs, I am afraid. Also, since it is a bulkhead, your seat may be taken anytime if there are passengers traveling with babies. I'd recommend to go for another seat
