Sorry for bringing a bit of rain to the party... but:
In June/July 2009 SAS introduced the fee.
In Oct/Nov 2009 SAS removed the fee again (most likely due to people being very annoyed with this very dramatic change).
In 2010 they win an award for this!?!?
Excuse me, but I find that insane.. if Flying Blue on 1st of May introduced a 200 euro fee for calling their support center, and then removed the fee on 10th of May, would they then win the price??
