This program has been around for ages, under many different names. It involves an employment contract usually and is very selective. MBA's at the WHQ campus are a dime a dozen, but the "fast track program" as I call it, is a bit tougher to get into.

UA holds "road shows" for various departments at numerous schools. Most of them are in the Midwest, some state, and some private. Check your college job fair list and see who is coming, that is by far the easiest way to get on "the list", as they can and do some pre-interviews there, as well as recruit and schedule other interviews.

I don't know of anyone in the "fast track" program that wasn't a manager level, or at least the equivalent in terms of pay in a direct analytical role by their 3rd year with the company. Well, I know of plenty, but they choose to break their employment contract (or vice versa.)
