Agree with andrzej re: last-minute sales. As Plat, in the last 6 months I have had only 1 upgrade clear at the 72 hour mark and it was on a route unlikely to have late F sales. The remainder cleared between 12 and 48 hours, but they did all clear. I don't agree that it's any sort of "bug", rather a planned delay on the part of AA.
