Does anyone know if you can leave the answer to these questions blank?
EDIT: Let me rephrase this, I know why the gov't would ask for this information, but I don't want to give them any more information than is necessary. It seems that over the 10-year duration of the passport that this information would become outdated (at least for a good number of people). And... What happens if I change employers? Will I be flagged as suspicious when I give my new employer's name, which doesn't match my passport info??
The on-line version of DS 82 had a lot of fields that said "optional", including employer name, so I left them all blank...only filled out the required fields. I will be REALLY good and ticked off if they reject my application for not providing information that they told me I didn't have to!
