Fast track at T1 (or the lack of it) is a constant peeve for me. I only rarely fly UA or NZ and do not have an Amex Centurion card so cannot use it for the majority of my flights.

There is a lack of parity at Gold level which I find most odd - BA have it at T5 for their Silver and Gold passengers...

It would be a major improvement to the programme if they could get it to happen!
