I'm new to this forum, so forgive me if this topic was raised before.

My wife (GLD) and I (PLT) are flying BOS-LAX in coach this weekend. We have 10D and 10F on a 737. I had asked to have the middle seat "blocked out," but the PLT desk told me someone is sitting in 10E

The agent told me that, as of 4 months ago, AA no longer will block center seats.

Has anyone else heard about this?
