Yeah its not much of a hassle. I use
PortGo mobile on my Windows mobile phone and its just a click or two more than making a regular mobile call. The cheap rates with my
Onesuite VoIP worth the hassle of 2 or 3 added clicks when making calls. The quality of my calls are great as long as the wifi connection is holding up or else I need to dial again or get a better wifi reception.
