Does Shanghai PuDong Airport (PVG) have dedicated baggage drop-off counters so I don't have to wait with the people who haven't checked-in online? I read somewhere that one had to get their online printed BP replaced with one printed on Delta stock (either at a machine or in-person) due to security.
