I asked and the service agent said all rooms are same size. However, the map on the door shows room of different sizes. May not be to scale.

I have stayed at the Aloft National Harbor in a harborview room a few doors down from the suite. There are 5 or 6 suites I believe and all of them, with the exception of 1, offer balconies overlooking the Woodrow Wilson Bridge and the main street going through National Harbor, MD. From the outline of the hallway walls, the suite seemed to offer decent space. For the exact square footage, see the website. Their website also notes that queen/queen rooms are bigger than king rooms.

This Aloft is a pretty snazzy property I must say, so much so that I was the first person to review it on Trip Advisor. I also stalked the opening of the hotel since its construction phase. The first time, and only time, I stayed at an Aloft was at this location, but I have since learned that this Aloft is one of the better ones (i.e. location and amenities). This location also has the hollywood restaurant "Ketchup" on the premises. I have passed the Aloft outside of Philadelphia and it did not look up to snuff as the one in National Harbor and from FT I have also learned many people do not particularly heart Alofts.
