*sigh* So when I had nearly this exact same level of service last month from PMDL crew (no pre-flight, switched craft, un-catered), what were they taking out on me??? Maybe they were afraid the union vote would pass?

Yes, it was crappy service by Delta, period, but it gets so annoying still seeing people try to prove it's PMNW or PMDL's fault. They BOTH had/have great crews and crappy crews. They BOTH had/have great service and crappy service. They BOTH have people who preferred them over the other.
