I feel very bad for you because the LAN agents are the most useless help in the world. they go by the book and when the book is not clear.. you are on your own.

they don't even know how to assign seats, and no mention ticketing issues. they keep refering you to the website like robots.

try to go if you can to an office in person, wait in the line for 3 hours and talk to a manager to fix your problem. that worked for me in the past.
