I'm working on my write-up to DL. I think I did very good holding my tongue while all of this was going on. I did so because there were a lot of PAX on our flight who missed connections in MSP and the impact to them was very profound (overheard one PAX's rebooking discussion with our GA in SEA). I figured I would let my complaint to DL as a PE do my talking for me. I'll post my online complaint to DL in a couple of hours. Stay tuned...
