As for the PFB, it usually becomes an issue when a flt is full and boarding through the 1L door, not 2L. If the FA does not take PFB orders immediately after Prem boarding, the aisle is sometimes too clogged to serve F pax. I am more forgiving in cases like this.
I agree. That is why I was willing to let the initial lack of service (re:Pre-Flight Drink) slide. If we were on a 757-200 or 757-300 and boarding from door #2, I would have asked the lead FA or upfront FA for something else to drink.
