Something is just not right with IT. Looks like they have lost top notch management resources which they used to have, and it is clearly showing.

Ground handling has become a lottery (as seen above). Their website is ages behind 9W. Their tele-checking was not working when I tried few weeks ago. Not sure what VM is doing. His brand equity would take a beating with KF going downhills.
