Judging by the reactions I see from USA based members whenever a fare or hotel glitch doesn't get honoured cries of "consult your lawyer" "take them to court" go up. Why should this be any different? In fact it's worse....they have taken money without the OPs consent and accused him of wilful damage.
In most cases, people are talking about going to small claims court, and are talking about thousands of dollars. The costs for small claims court is often under $50. And you don't need to hire a lawyer.
Hopefully you can understand the difference. If you're paying attention, you will have even noticed the greeting someone got on here after bragging about his SC suit against a Marriott that was patently stupid.
