It would be interesting to start collecting data points, in this thread perhaps, about a W fare purchased on .bomb with "upgrades may be available" noted, NC0 available, SWU applied, and SWU eventually clears, versus SWU does not clear. This way we can discern if there is a correlation between "upgrades may be available" and an SWU clearing, even if NC0. Of course, this would impart near sentience on .bomb, something no one is probably willing to do!!
