No help provided by the local IT staff at HKG. Told to fend for themselves and come back tomorrow for the IT flight the next day, which apparently is still running. Not even any assistance to find accommodation or rebooking on the 9W flight leaving a couple of hours later! Poor chaps wandered around from pillar to post with no assistance at all.

Finally after they called me (in the UK) for advice, I managed to book them at the marriott skycity at the airport and am now looking at alternatives to get them back to DEL in case IT messes again tomorrow.

Another really poor show from IT. Worst is not bothering to inform, even J pax, despite there being a local mobile number in the booking.
