Korea and Japan is being targets for bogus traveler with these passport are tourist visa waived to Canada.
It is easier for Chinese to look like (but not pass for) these nationals than other Asian countries.
They take advantage of the GA's quick look and then claim refugee status once on Canadian soil having attempted to destroy their fake identity on the plane.
This is just another scheme to take advantage of misusing the overly generous refugee system in Canada. at the cost to Canadian Taxpayers.
