i stayed at the aloft austin 2 mos ago - was told all rooms the same size

i am staying at the one in charlotte later this month - called them because the website shows a room at 285 and a room at 315 sq ft - they told me the difference is that in the 2 bed room, the bathroom has an extra sink and that area is the 30 sq foot but the room size was the same.
