I'd hope BR for the best. Recently the son of the chairman of BR's parent enterprise (Evergreen) has returned to lead BR. He was the guy bought 15x B777 years ago which has been a great benefit to BR. He seems to be the only guy in BR's high management that has a working brain about how to run an airline. Hopefully BR will improve every aspect in their service soon.
