Only HNL is served from ORD. The ORD-HNL was suspended for a while until coming back again on a 5 day a week basis.
Definitely try the sweet bread with your meal. Last time I was there, I bought some sweet bread at a local supermarket to take back. Wish it was served on more than just the Hawaii flights! Have never been on a breakfast flight to/from Hawaii but after seeing the breakfast menu, I've always wanted to try the macadamia nut pancakes with coconut syrup so I bought a bottle of it as well to take home. Yum!
