I usually am on trains to/from Helensburgh/Balloch/Dalmuir/Milngavie/Airdrie/Motherwell/Lanark, for those interested.
Complete farce.
I used to commute into Glasgow on the Milngavie line on a daily basis. To be fair 90% of the time it worked perfectly but when it went wrong it was a nightmare. A 35 minute journey could quite easily turn into a 2+ hour trek home using other means. With no compensation either I might add.
Kind of puts into perspective a near three hour delay to GIG with BA.
