Just out of curiosity, did anybody ever get an proactive upgrade offer on a booking made by phone? I have a WT out, WTP + MFU in to LAX coming up and they still haven't offered me an el cheapo upgrade to WFP on the outbound.
Oh, if they do and i take it (and there is availability) can you MFU it?
I waited today to see if they would give me a cheaper upgrade at OLCI, but despite there apparently being space left (according to the KVS seat map), nothing was offered. I'll have to see if there are any going at T5 tomorrow. I could have upgraded through MMB, but they wanted £750 one way. It's not worth *that* much over Y.
