Tango lessons: Who's leading this dance?

I have been wondering something about Tango. Is it AC's intention to directly operate and manage Tango - and if so for how long? I am thinking mainly of Go, the low-cost carrier by British Airways. This company was started and is owned by it parent carrier, but it has it's own Chief Executive, and leases its aeroplanes. It was also clear that the airline indends to eventually sell it off at (hopefully) a profit. It avoids expensive airports, and it is not linked to frequent flier programs. I may be mistaken, but I am under the impression that most viable discount carriers have a similar model. Maybe it's just me, but I think the best thing that could happen to Tango would be to removed from Robert Milton's management. Any thoughts?
