Can someone check my math on using spg points?

Up until recently I've always had a delta Amex and was just happy to get a free ticket every once in a while. This place opened my eyes to that.
My wife and I have a 5 day trip to Boaton in Aug '11 that I am wanting to use some of my points for. I was originally thinking use it for airfare, but this is what I have found.
AA is 25K miles each RT ticket. So I could transfer 20,000 from each of our accts and get the 5k each bonus for a total of 40,000 points. I can buy these tickets through Delta for $190 per person RT.
The hotels in Boston are outragous. The cheapest I have found it is around $150/night and thats way bottom end. Starwood has the Sheraton Boston 3 blocks from the convention that is listed $350/night. My SPG is saying I can get 5 nights for 40,000 points which includes a free 5th night.
This seems like a no brainer to use the points for the Starwood room, and pay for the Delta flight. At worst I am saving $350 for a room, not counting the fact that this particular room is listed at $350. Thats $1750 for the room and $400 for the tickets that are equal in points?
It seems almost too good to be true. Am I missing something here?
