I've read that something special happens when you reach million mile status. My husband is a Platinum (3rd year) - and, he did receive a card that says "million miler" but other than that, no other benefits. I've read someone say that you could get lifetime gold? Do you get a letter that says this? Are there also upgrades? Anything else?
