Technically yes. But the Asiamiles/MPC member would need to add you to their nominee list first and then removing your name later.. that would cost US$ 180 alone.

You may try to get Asiamiles yourselves by going through some other options eg Starwood transfers.

Any idea what type of a group discount there is with 5 fares purchased instead of 4? I understand that group discounts start with parties of 5 or more.
Not that I know of. AFAIK group discounts begin at 10 and that is when they are all travelling together at the same time. If its only for yourself, then there will be a problem with this.

If someone could let B-HXB know, I threw in a date of Jan 6th and at least on that date, CX 450/1 was not the 747 for TPE - HKG.
