We researched Chiang Mai schools extensively in Trip Advisor and elsewhere and are very happy to have chosen A Lot of Thai.

Yui runs the school out of her home. We were able to arrange two days of private instruction for four of us, ranging in ability from a restaurateur/chef brother-in-law to me, who can barely boil water. Yui's English is good, she has a great sense of humor, and she possesses an excellent palate and a definite philosophy of food. ^
