Linking to someone else's ANA account
Is it possible to link someone else's (not you or an additional cardholder on your AMEX account) ANA Mileage Club account to your MR account in order to transfer points from MR to their ANA account? Or do they somehow restrict linking only to you and your designated cardholders?
