Flying flight #6, OGG-DFW in FC and confused about meal service. I understand FEBO but what about the middle isle, do they have two carts going down each side?

5 HJ are available on the outside and the entire middle row is available from 2-6. I have searched and found a thread where someone mentioned a modified horse-shoe meal service.
