Novel Idea: Swap ATL and JFK TAs/GAs for a week
Don't know why this one hit me out of the blue, but given our very positive and successful experience at the DO, wouldn't it be extraordinarily eye opening for some JFK and ATL agents to swap places for a few days? I feel like it would be an enormous eye opener for what two of the busiest and most complex DL hubs have to deal with on a day-to-day basis. Maybe it would even improve the customer service experience at JFK?
After the DO, I can honestly say that the ATL agents are top notch and highly dedicated to customer service. My main objective here is really in thinking how to improve the experience at JFK, since I consistently do not get the same warm and fuzzy feeling...
