Welcome to FT. Free? And with access to TA fares? Are you serious? Sorry, don't want to sound too harsh, but if something like that existed we would not need TAs, would we?

Probably the best, IMHO, is KVS, but that is definitelly not free (http://www.kvstool.com/). However, the small investment into it is well worth the money.
