I'm a little confused at what I'm reading here since I've never been through LHR before, but I'm flying there for the first time on 11/10 in BusinessFirst.

Am I correct in reading that there is nothing the BF concierge can do to fast track me through immigration? Should I even ask them in EWR?

Also, what about the way home? Right now I haven't cleared BF on the return. If I fly coach am I going to have to wait in the immigration line? (Even though *G/Plat?)
