I would get out of the bulkhead on ATL-STT and grab row 27. The bulkhead seats will be narrower because of the tray tables, and even if you don't have the window seat, that guy will be sticking his legs into your space because of the slide. Trust your own eyes and the seat map Delta is showing, rather than what SE or SG claim to have found.
