757 exit row seating advice request

I just booked RT flights for me and Mrs Huge (both Silver) on Delta SEA-ATL-STT, outbound Dec 12/13, return Dec 22. All four segments are listed by Delta as 757's. I got us exit row seats on each segment, but I was a little confused by what I saw on seatguru/seatexpert, so I though I would turn to the real expert/gurus with a couple of questions:

1. Both seatexpert/guru agree that the SEA-ATL-SEA legs are 757-200 Transcon's, and both list the row 27 seats as the only all-green (ie good) seats on the plane (seatguru further limits it to the aisle and middle seats, claiming that the window seats have the armrest digging into you). So on both legs I chose 27B/C. If I hadn't looked at seatguru/expert, I would have been tempted by 19B/C (facing the FA jumpseats), with massive legroom, but seatguru sites no floor storage, no overhead bin, proximity of galley/lav, and passengers congregating as negatives, and just barely convinced me. Any thoughts on this choice?

2. When I type in our ATL-STT-ATL flight numbers, neither SeatGuru or Expert matches up with the Delta website seating chart. They say that the planes are 757-200 ("Two Class" or "Ex-TWA (75E)"), but neither one matches the chart on delta.com (or each other, for that matter). On delta.com there are clearly seats 19DEF but not 19ABC, and coach extends back to row 45. The only match I can find for that chart is on seatguru under "757-200 Vers. 2", which again lists row 27 as the only green coach seats (this time not complaining about the window side armrest). I initially chose the row 19 bulkhead seats based on what guru/expert were coming up with, but on finding the better chart match I suppose I should switch us to row 27 on those segments too. Does the 757-200v2 sound like the right plane for that flight? And would you agree with Seatguru's assessment that row 27 is the only one worth choosing?

I realize some of this is just personal preference, but I often find flyertalkers who fly a lot more than I do to have insight into this stuff that I am missing.

Hopefully we'll just get upgraded on all seg's and these questions will be MOOT!

thanks for any advice you can share...
