Every seat in J/F on a widebody should have its own power port, yes. Here's what they look like (not sure what aircraft they're supposed to be):

If that's the 2-class 767-300, my recollection is they're easy to find and in fact you're directed to use them for the AA-provided video player, but I don't remember where they're located -- I don't think it's the same as the old seats, which was on the front side of the arm-rest section between seats, kind of on the low side. Just ask an FA if you can't find it.

In coach, they're basically invisible - under the seat and basically on the support post between seats.
